With significant experience in senior leadership and organisational development roles and consulting in multiple industry sectors, Inger offers a genuinely client-focused approach, that is underpinned by robust frameworks, current evidenced-based thinking, and organisational experience.
Inger’s passion is developing the capabilities and confidence of leaders from emerging high potential leaders to senior executives. Through coaching she encourages leaders and teams to broaden their perspectives, build on their strengths and make better decisions about what they do and how they go about it.
She has designed and facilitated tailored leadership development programs for almost 30 years. She is well known for her significant impact in developing collective leadership - leadership teams that align in purpose, commit to shared priorities and genuinely leverage the strengths of the team for the good of the organisation and its aspirations.
Her strength is partnering with clients to bring a holistic approach to the development of their people, their teams and their culture. Inger is an experienced facilitator of strategic alignment and team engagement, creativity and innovation, and measuring and developing culture.

In an environment of complexity and uncertainty, leaders who adopt a coaching approach are equipped to engage and energise people, to optimise their strengths and inspire them to innovate and adapt.
This foundational program provides an introduction to the why and how for taking a coaching approach to leadership. Specifically designed for team leaders and middle managers, our program incorporates in-person workshops, coaching demonstrations key coaching tools, then the opportunity for reflection, skills practice and action planning.
